A responsible housing model

VERCO focuses on real estate development and investment. Our main sources of income are from the exploitation of real estate properties. Additionally, through Agroforada S.L., an investee company, we also purchase and exploit agricultural lands.

We collaborate with architects, designers and builders who share our vision. At VERCO, we are dedicated to revitalising the neighbourhoods we work in, promoting housing with its own identity. Our aim is to root the population and foster the community, integrating services such as office space, local shops and the creation of projects with their own brand to promote innovation and learning in the area.

Grupo Enhol has been awarded the AENOR Sustainable Refurbishment certificate for its headquarters.

Additionally, Verco has undertaken a comprehensive refurbishment of their central offices, making them the first company in Navarra to achieve this certification. The assessment evaluates the sustainability of the materials employed during the refurbishment process and the positive environmental impact it contributes to the building.
